What is an Out-of-Body Experience? Does it really exist? How does it happen?
An Out-of-Body Experience (OBE) is the feeling of floating outside of ones body and generally being able to float around at free will. Sometimes during an OBE reports say that the person can see their own physical body.
In some cases an OBE can happen quickly and spontaneously and in other cases it happens during a trauma of some sorts being either physical or mental.
An Out-of-Body experience is usually associated with a Near Death Experience in many cases which may provide some evidence that we are all truly energy. (Souls which are energy inside a physical human form)

- The dissociative experience of observing yourself from an external perspective as though your mind or soul had left and was observing your body.
- State in which the spirit of a person travels to the astral plane. It is said that people can in some instances travel to other locations on the physical plane. Also known as OBE, astral projection or remote viewing.
- A sensation or experience in which ones self or spirit travels to a different location than their physical body.
